As part of the regulations set forth by the PCI Security Standards Council, if you collect credit card data directly on your website, you should be having security scans done at least each quarter.
As your hosting provider, we ask you to supply us with a link to your scanning company, username and password if issues arise so that we can dispute them or change server settings so your site is in compliance. We offer this service at no additional charge to our hosting clients.
It is our goal to maintain our server so that it meets security guidelines.
